Dilley ISD thanks Mrs. Melody Carroll for completing her first year of service on the Board of Trustees. A retired Dilley ISD administrator, Mrs. Carroll is actively involved at St. Joseph’s Church as a Christian Initiation teacher and serves as a CASA volunteer for Frio County. On Wednesday January 21, Our Lady Wolves Powerlifters competed at the Cotulla Cowgirl invitational. Girls as a team placed 2nd , bringing hardware and several accomplishments. Senior Aundrea Rodriguez was named the best heavyweight lifter of the meet!

Lady Pups won their 1st round against Pettus with a fina score of 18-8,
Beat Three Rivers with a final of19-11,
Lady came up short to McMullen with a fina of 14-34.

Her performance in the classroom as well as managing her participation in athletics had not go unnoticed. THSCA recognizes high school athletes who excel in GPA, class rank, and ACT/SAT scores.
