Dilley Elementary Kicks Off “Start with Hello” Week!
This morning, our Elementary Student Council members gave a warm welcome to students as they arrived on campus, spreading smiles and positive vibes to kick off Start with Hello week!

Start with Hello Week is a national initiative that teaches students the importance of kindness, connection, and inclusion by reaching out to others and making everyone feel welcome. A simple “hello” can make a big difference!

🐺🏃🏽‍♂️ DILLEY XC RESULTS @ CORPUS CHRISTI ISLANDER SPLASH 🏃🏽‍♀️🐺 The Dilley XC HS Teams traveled to Corpus Christi TX this morning and competed at the 2025 Islander Splash XC invitational (Regional XC site). The Varsity Boys team was led by Junior Josiah Benavides who fielded an impressive 20th place finish (medalist) out of 344 runners in the VB Med/Small school division. The Varsity Girls team was led by Freshman Harvest Viesca who finished 61st out of 399 runners in the VG Med/small school division! All of our runners competed very well on a grueling corpus course which was a little longer than a 2 mile/5k due to remapping of the course because of rainfall. Our Varsity Teams will be in action next Friday, September 19th at the 2025 HOKA McNeil XC Invitational @ Round Rock TX (state XC meet site) while our JV and MS runners will compete @ Falls City on Saturday September 20th! 🐺 DILLEY XC @ ISLANDER SPLASH INVITATIONAL 🐺 The Dilley Wolves & Lady Wolves XC teams will travel to Corpus Christi TX tomorrow morning to compete in the 2025 Islander Splash! Come out and support your Dilley XC teams! Races can run earlier or later, please plan accordingly! Address and information in the flyer below! Spectator Parking information: ***ALL Spectators will park in the Grass Lot across the street, and there is a $10 dollar charge per car. Dilley High School will host a pep rally today beginning at 12:00 PM.

Check-in will open at 11:30 AM. Please plan to arrive early to avoid delays.

All visitors will be required to go through metal detectors, and IDs will be processed through our visitor management system. Be sure to bring your driver’s license or state issued identification card.

To make the process faster, you may use our pre-check-in system. Visitors who pre-check in will have their badge printed in advance instead of signing in on campus. Click the link beloww and select visitor.

🏃🏽‍♂️🐺 DILLEY XC RESULTS @ BANDERA 🐺🏃🏽‍♀️ The Dilley XC Team traveled to Bandera TX this morning and competed at the 2025 4th Annual Steve Golemon XC invitational. The Varsity Boys were led by Junior Josiah Benavides who fielded a 9th place finish (medalist) out of 118 runners in the VB division. The Varsity Girls were led by Freshman Harvest Viesca who finished 19th (medalist) out of 100 runners! Our JV boys were led by Jr Ethan Hernandez who finished 23rd out of 60 runners! Dilley XC put on a good display today as times dropped across the board from the 7th grade to the Varsity levels. This weekend’s MS runners standouts include: Jenyka Galindo, Owen Surles, Faith Arriazola, Caylee Reyes, and Julien Aguilar, who all finished top 25 in their respective division(s). Only our HS Teams will be in action next Saturday, September 13th at the 2025 Islander Splash XC Invitational @ Texas A&M Corpus Christi!
