The polling places are as follows: Precinct 1 & 5 @ Methodist Church - 302 Center St. in Cotulla, Box 9 @ Frio Annex Building - 101 N Commerce, and Box 10 @ Old Dilley Public Library - 231 W FM 117. The hours are from 7am to 7pm.
