DHS/MHMS Life Skills Class had the privilege of participating in the Somerset ISD Special Olympics relays recently! Students each ran two relays of their own, and did so awesome!! Students not only had the opportunity to run in the relays, but also socially engage with other Life Skills classes/students from ALL surrounding areas of South Texas! In the end, they ALL came home with gold shiny medals, but also were welcomed by the WHOLE MHMS campus with applauses & cheers! On behalf of the DHS/MHMS Life Skills classroom, we THANK YOU Dilley ISD & community for all the love & support you give & show! - O. Silva
