We Back the Pack!!!

Stronger Connections distributed beanies and gloves to all students in grades Pre-K through 2nd grade. We would like to thank our community members for their generosity during the holiday season, which helped us meet the needs of our students and keep them warm.

Stop by and visit us today at 4:30 for Cookies with the DES Counselor! Families are welcome to pick up hot chocolate boxes, gently used jackets, and beanies. Jackets are available in all sizes.

Dilley ISD is proud to recognize our DHS All-American Cheerleaders, who had the honor of performing at the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade in Honolulu, Hawaii, from December 3–8, 2025. Their presence at this prestigious event was a meaningful tribute to the brave sacrifices of those who have served our country.

We also celebrate our MHMS students, who proudly represented our district at the Orlando Thanksgiving Tour from November 25–28, 2025. They brought a little Wolf Pride to Disney as they performed in the parade and showcased their talent on a national stage.

Great job to all of our students—thank you for representing our school with excellence!

December School Board Meeting Student/Staff Recognition

Stronger Connections, through its Wildlife Grant Program, provided Mary Harper GT and NJHS students the opportunity to explore Government Canyon State Natural Area, where they enjoyed a day of exploration, learning, and outdoor adventure.

***AG SCIENCE AND SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPT RECEIVE GRANT*** Ag science teacher, Natalie Kramer and the Special Ed department received a grant from the Virginia Thompson  Education Foundation.   The Virginia Thompson Pearsall Education Foundation is a non profit tax exempt philanthropic organization governed by a volunteer board of directors of business, community, and educational leaders. Congratulations on this opportunity to our Ag Science and Special Education Departments. We Back the Pack!!!

*** LADY WOLVES CLAIM SILVER AT NATALIA TOURNAMENT*** The Dilley Lady Wolves competed in the Natalia tournament and finished with a 3-2 record this weekend. The Lady Wolves finished in a 3 way tie for 2nd. All Tournament team selections were Mia Rendon and Thalyla Obregon. Congratulations on a job well done! We Back the Pack!!!

Writer Andrew Autrey visited the DHS Library this morning to announce the winners of the Craven’s Hallow writing and art contest. 1st Place story and art will be published in Mr. Autrey’s new book.

Congratulations to our Dilley ISD November Staff of the Month!

Dilley ISD announces the 12 Days of Christmas dress up days!

Mary Harper Middle School students and Dilley High School students participated in our very first Texas A&M College of Medicine Rural Med Day Camp. Carol Brewer and Lauren Morgan along with other Texas A&M College of Medicine staff planned and presented lessons in First Aid Basics and Infection Control that included medical terminology and hands-on activities that brought laughter and engagement to the classrooms. A special thank you to I-35 Garcia’s for catering the event! It was a wonderful experience that allowed students to explore their futures through meaningful conversations.

We are also grateful to the medical professionals who joined us to share their career paths and answer student questions about preparing for a career in healthcare. Visiting professionals from Frio Regional Hospital and the Briscoe Unit included (pictured left to right): Christina Shaw, Cassandra DuBose, Sandra Cuellar-Garcia, Earl Marshall, John Hughson, and Jesus Sambrano.
