Mary Harper Student Council promoted Mental Health Awareness today. Officers distributed stress balls, calming ribbons, bracelets and pencils to students. Staff were provided snacks. Staff and students wore green to support Mental Health Awareness. #nostigma 💚

Student-led learning empowers students to take charge of their education and fosters critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. It's wonderful to see Mrs. Santillano facilitating this process, guiding students while allowing them to take ownership of their learning.
Learning through group discussions and peer teaching helps students prepare for tests like the STAAR and equips them with valuable skills for navigating the real world. Keep up the great work, Mary Harper Middle School!

Congratulations to MHMS Coach Jordan Hernandez on receiving the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches 3A Middle School Coach of the Year award!!! A prestigious honor and the only 3A Coach to receive it in the whole area.
